Refund policy

Thank you for supporting original artwork and fine art prints. Each giclée print is made with care using archival materials to ensure lasting quality.

Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original conditio
- The print must be returned in its original packagin
= The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom size prints
- Framed prints
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement, we require:

- Clear photos of the damaged print
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays. We do our best to represent artwork as accurately as possible.
