Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting original artwork. Each giclée fine art print is made to order and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All prints are made to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and processing before your order ships. During high-volume seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at charna@charnakristineart.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
